Advocacy for DSM and RUE in GCC countries - Become an active force on important issues that affect DSM in GCC countries.
Research- Support industry through research of DSM and RUE best practices applicable to GCC countries. Adapt EU best practices to suit GCC countries.
Provide Tools for industry – Provide information and insight to practitioners. The aim is to develop standards and Guidelines on DSM and RUE specific for GCC countries taking into consideration their particularities and climate.
Support Industry Policy and Decision Making – Though research analysis on minimum equipment efficiency and air-conditioning specifications.
Certification of products – Carry a certification program to demonstrate equipment performance claims have been independently measured and verified under the GCC countries climate conditions.
Training and Technical Education- To strengthen the education, training, for a qualified GCC workforce.
Interaction with Industry Activists- Partnering with GCC organisations working in both DSM and RUE fields like Estidama, Emirates Green Building Council etc.
