Transportation
Bus Transfer is arranged by the Organisers for the participants from Grand Heritage Hotel to the venue (Education City - Qatar Foundation) and back at the hotel according to the agenda of the event.
Participants are kindly requested to ensure their early arrival (5-10 minutes earlier) to the hotel according to the schedules.
7th May:
08:00 - Bus Departure from Grand Heritage Hotel for transportation to the Venue - Qatar Foundation, Education City.
15:30 - Bus Departure from the venue - Education City, Qatar Foundation for transportation back to Grand Heritage Hotel.
8th May:
08:15 - Bus Departure from Grand Heritage Hotel for transportation to the Venue - Qatar Foundation, Education City.
15:20 - Bus Departure from the venue - Education City, Qatar Foundation for transportation back to Grand Heritage Hotel.
9th May:
08:00 - Bus Departure from Grand Heritage Hotel for Technical Visit to Ras Laffan Industrial City.
Arrival back at the Grand Heritage Hotel 13:30 approx.
