Managing a large multi-stakeholder Network that aims to enhance EU-GCC energy relations is a major challenge, requiring specific skills that are not limited to mastering the sectoral knowledge in focus, but extend to organisational and communication capabilities as well as understanding important elements of the culture of the partner countries.
